General information on the legal basis of data processing
If you have consented to data processing, we process your personal data on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO or Art. 9 para. 2 lit. a DSGVO, insofar as special categories of data are processed according to Art. 9 para. 1 DSGVO. In the case of explicit consent to the transfer of personal data to third countries, data processing is also carried out on the basis of Art. 49 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. Note on data transfer to third countries
Among other things, we use tools from companies based in the USA or other insecure third countries in terms of data protection law. YouTube (enhanced privacy mode)
On the "Media" page, we embed videos from the YouTube platform (Google Ireland Ltd.). The embedding is done in enhanced privacy mode via the domain "youtube-nocookie.com". YouTube initially sets no cookies and stores no data about visitors to this website as long as the videos are not played. Only when you start a video is information – such as your IP address – transmitted to YouTube, and cookies may be set.
